The Purse Paparazzi offers an EXCHANGE ONLY policy.
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive the best purses, handbags and clutches. The items must be mailed back for exchange in its original condition. No exceptions. We will NOT accept any purses that are not in its original condition.
Purses qualify for an exchange ONLY if its damaged, you received the wrong purse or if you changed your mind about your purchase.
If you want to exchange your purse you need to contact us FIRST by calling/texting at 443-449-4148 or sending an email to email@example.com. Once our customer service department confirms you have a valid return, please follow the exchange process below.
1. Send a picture of the wrong/damaged purse
2. Mail the purse back within 48 hours to P.O. Box 66223, Baltimore MD, 21239
3.Go to www.ThePursePaparazzi.com and select your NEW purse for equal or lesser value
4. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your new purse pick
5. We will mail out your NEW purse within 72 hours of receiving your returned purse
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned purse. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
